Description
The new Haitian COMPACT presses for metallurgical processes, with clamping forces ranging from 180 Ton to 850 Ton, are equipped with:
- REAL-TIME closed-loop injection system for speed and pressure control;
- Injection system with servo valve that controls and self-regulates injection parameters (first and second phase speed, stroke, and third phase pressure);
- Fast Response valve specifically developed to enhance second-phase acceleration performance;
- Electrical cabinet and servo valve electrical box housed in a single separate structure;
- Oversized structure of the sliding pads on the movable platen;
- Toggle pins made of 38CrMoAl;
- Movable platen structure with rear ribbing and a central ejection system fixed on the ribbing;
- Clamping unit equipped with an automatic mold height adjustment function;
- Optimized five-point mechanical structure for tilt control, thanks to Haitian’s proprietary closing movement software;
- Column nut made of aluminum with bronze threading;
- Automatic exhaust valves on both accumulators;
- Servo system with integrated oil cooling;
- Machine base constructed with a high-strength I-beam.
