The operating principle can be summarized in these points:

  • The sending of the molded pieces to the weighing plate occurs through special slides. The weighing of the molded piece starts the cycle. The scale is blocked and a variable delay time starts.
  • At the end of this delay time, if the weight of the complete molded piece on the weighing plate corresponds to the set one, the scale unlocks.
  • The mold closing and emptying signals start simultaneously subsequently the weight control device is now ready for a new cycle.
